In fact, some local high school students, when asked about their reaction to the Chris Brown/Rihanna incident, said things like, "Ha! She probably did something to provoke it," and, "I would have punched her around too."

As if this weren't scary enough, this was coming from young girls as well?!?!?

Where is Beyonce in all of this?

Where is she in her super sex and body positive leotard, singing Independent Women and telling young girls that if she were a boy, she'd could understand how it feels to love a girl and how she'd be a better man.

Just one more reason why our youth need mentors!
